Cauliflower:
- 1 large head fresh cauliflower, approximately 6 cups of florets
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce or your favorite brand
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Serving Suggestions:
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
- Oil
- Sliced green onion (optional)
- Celery sticks or carrots (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare cauliflower: Wash cauliflower and trim into medium to large-sized florets. Place in a large bowl.
- Make sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and buffalo sauce. Pour over cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Cook in air fryer: Brush oil lightly over air fryer basket. Add cauliflower and cook for 8 minutes, then shake. Cook for another 6 minutes, shake again. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until tender and edges start to brown.
- Serve: Transfer cauliflower to a serving dish, drizzle with dressing and chopped green onion if desired. Serve immediately with celery sticks and/or carrot sticks on the side.
Notes
- Can substitute Frank’s Hot Sauce for buffalo sauce.
- To make this recipe vegan, use vegan butter and vegan blue cheese dressing or vegan ranch dressing.
