Dough:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Make the dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, and stir until a soft dough forms. You may need to use your hands to bring the dough together.
- Knead the dough: Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth. Be careful not to over-knead.
- Shape the twists: Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope about 12 inches long.
- Make the cinnamon sugar: In a shallow bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Prep the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Cook the twists: Working in batches, carefully place the twists in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for good air circulation. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Coating the twists: While the twists are still hot, brush them with melted butter and immediately toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat evenly.
- Serve: Serve the air fryer cinnamon twists warm, on their own, or with your favorite dipping sauce, like cream cheese frosting or icing.
