Chicken:

Cheesy Breadcrumb Coating:
- 1 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the dish: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×12 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Prepare the breadcrumb mixture: In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and cheeses.
