Banana Oatmeal Cookies:
- 3 overripe bananas (about 1 1/4 cups mashed banana)
- 2 Tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 egg

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
