Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup (116 g) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (66 g) Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Garnish:

  • Chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the salmon: Drizzle olive oil over salmon and rub it in. Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle seasoning over salmon.
  3. Make the sauce: Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Divide the sauce in half.
  4. Coat salmon: Brush ½ cup of sauce over salmon filets.
