Salmon:

Sauce:
- 1/2 cup (116 g) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (66 g) Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
Garnish:
- Chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the salmon: Drizzle olive oil over salmon and rub it in. Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle seasoning over salmon.
- Make the sauce: Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Divide the sauce in half.
- Coat salmon: Brush ½ cup of sauce over salmon filets.
- Bake: Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Broil for a crispier finish.
- Finish and serve: Drizzle remaining sauce over cooked salmon, garnish with chives, and serve warm with rice.
