Hamburger Patties

- 1/2 small Onion, grated
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

- 3 Hamburger Rolls
Instructions
- Prepare the hamburger mixture: Mix all the ingredients, except the rolls, in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
- Shape the patties: Form the mixture into 3 uniform patties and make a small indentation in the center of each patty to ensure even cooking.
- Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to medium heat, ensuring it’s evenly hot before placing the patties on the grill.
- Cook the patties: Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F for doneness.
- Toast the rolls: Optionally, place the hamburger buns, cut side down, on the warming rack of the grill for a few minutes to toast lightly.
- Assemble the burgers: Top the cooked patties with your favorite toppings and serve them on the toasted hamburger rolls.
