  • 2 teaspoons light olive oil

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (more if desired)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (approximately 3/4 pounds)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions (about 3 green onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Prepare the flatbreads: Place flatbreads on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan and brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake the flatbreads: Bake the flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed and just starting to crisp.
