  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes (1 can)

Cheese for Topping

  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to fully preheat to ensure even baking.
  2. Prepare the fillings: In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, crumbled blue cheese, large egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix shredded cooked chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and diced tomatoes until evenly coated.
  3. Assemble the lasagna: Spread one-quarter of the chicken mixture evenly on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place 4 noodles over the chicken layer. Spread another quarter of the chicken mixture on top, followed by one-third of the cheese mixture, and sprinkle about one-third of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers twice more, ending with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Bake the dish: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 20 minutes, or until the lasagna is bubbly and the noodles are tender.
