  • 1/3 cup (84 g) buffalo sauce

For the Roll Ups:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ranch dressing, for drizzling
  • extra buffalo sauce, for drizzling
  • parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Buffalo Chicken Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and buffalo sauce. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a 9×12-inch rectangle.
