For the Buffalo Chicken Filling:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups (280 g) rotisserie chicken, shredded, chopped
- 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup (113 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup (84 g) buffalo sauce
For the Roll Ups:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ranch dressing, for drizzling
- extra buffalo sauce, for drizzling
- parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Buffalo Chicken Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and buffalo sauce. Set aside.
- Prepare the Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a 9×12-inch rectangle.
- Fill and Roll the Pastry: Spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the pastry, leaving a border. Roll the pastry tightly into a log, seal the edges, and slice into pieces.
- Bake the Roll-Ups: Brush with egg, bake for 15-18 minutes, then top with more chicken mixture and bake for additional 6-8 minutes.
- Serve: Drizzle with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, garnish with parsley, and serve.
