Spice Mix:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowls:
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- Lettuce shredded
- Cheese dairy-free or regular
- Pickle slices
For the Burger Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard dijon or yellow
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice from the jar of pickles
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Prepare Spice Mix: Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Prepare Potatoes: Cut potatoes into chips, toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix. Bake or air fry until crispy.
- Cook Beef Mince: Brown beef mince in olive oil, add spice mix, and cook until darkened and moisture evaporates.
- Make Burger Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Assemble Bowls: Divide cooked potatoes into bowls, add lettuce, beef mince, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with burger sauce.
