Spice Mix:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Bowls:

  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • Lettuce shredded
  • Cheese dairy-free or regular
  • Pickle slices

For the Burger Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard dijon or yellow
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice from the jar of pickles
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare Spice Mix: Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Potatoes: Cut potatoes into chips, toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix. Bake or air fry until crispy.
  3. Cook Beef Mince: Brown beef mince in olive oil, add spice mix, and cook until darkened and moisture evaporates.
  4. Make Burger Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  5. Assemble Bowls: Divide cooked potatoes into bowls, add lettuce, beef mince, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with burger sauce.
