Description

A delicious and satisfying Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad recipe that combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, colorful veggies, and creamy ranch dressing for a flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Pasta:

  • 1 lb pasta

Bacon:

  • 6 strips of bacon

Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Seasoning:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Veggies:

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/4 a red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

Dressing:

  • 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil Pasta: Cook pasta in heavily salted water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water until cooled.
  2. Cook Bacon: Fry bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. Cook Chicken: Season and cook chicken in bacon grease until done. Slice into strips.
  4. Prepare Veggies: Dice pepper, onion, and parsley.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Mix pasta, chicken, bacon, veggies in a bowl.
  6. Add Dressing: Pour ranch dressing, toss well to coat.
