Spicy Creamy Garlic-Parmesan Sauce:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 bag of fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fries: Follow package instructions for frozen fries or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cooking until slightly thickened.
