  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free 1:1 flour
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz shredded parmesan
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the Pasta: In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions for al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the Chicken: Mix paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pound chicken slightly and season both sides.
  3. Sear the Chicken: In a skillet, sear chicken in olive oil on medium heat for 5 minutes per side. Lower heat, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add shallots, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir, then add flour, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Whisk until smooth. Add parmesan, cook until melted.
  5. Combine and Serve: Toss pasta in the sauce, adding pasta water as needed. Slice chicken and add to pasta. Stir gently and serve.
