Description

Delight in these easy-to-make chocolate peanut clusters, combining the rich flavor of melted milk or dark chocolate with crunchy salted peanuts. Perfect as a quick treat or thoughtful homemade gift, these no-bake clusters require minimal ingredients and effort, ready in just 40 minutes with simple steps.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 400g / 14oz milk or dark chocolate
  • 275g / 2 cups salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: Melt the chocolate in a large bowl or jug. You can use a microwave by heating in short bursts and stirring in between, or melt it gently over a pan of hot water on the stovetop, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
  2. Mix in the peanuts: Once melted, stir in the salted peanuts thoroughly until all the peanuts are well coated with the chocolate mixture.
  3. Prepare the clusters: Line two trays or plates with parchment paper. Using a spoon, dollop spoonfuls of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the parchment, pressing down each cluster slightly to form a compact shape.
  4. Chill to set: Place the trays in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters have fully hardened and set.
  5. Serve or store: Once solid, serve immediately or package them as gifts. Keep refrigerated to prevent the chocolate from melting.

Notes

  • These clusters are best stored in the fridge to keep the chocolate from melting.
  • Use either milk or dark chocolate based on your preference.
  • You can substitute salted peanuts with unsalted and add a pinch of salt if desired.
  • Adjust cluster size to make around 25 pieces, depending on how large you scoop the mixture.
