Description

These corn ribs are a fun and flavorful twist on classic corn on the cob. They’re seasoned with a delicious blend of spices, cooked to perfection, and served with a tasty garlic butter. Perfect for BBQs or as a unique side dish!


Ingredients

Corn Ribs

  • 4 whole corn cobs
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Seasoning

  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or ordinary)
  • 2 tsp cooking/kosher salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper

Garlic Butter

  • 50g/ 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced

Instructions

  1. Corn cutting (Note 1 tips!): Cut corn into quarters.
  2. Cooking: Heat BBQ or oven.
  3. Garlic butter: Melt butter, add garlic.
  4. Seasoning: Mix in a bowl.
  5. Season corn: Toss with olive oil and seasoning.
  6. BBQ: Cook corn until charred.
  7. Oven: Bake corn.
  8. Butter it: Toss corn with garlic butter.
  9. Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!

  • Pictured creamy Sriracha Sauce – 2 tsp sriracha + 1/4 cup each mayo + yogurt (or just yogurt) + pinch of salt.
