These corn ribs are a fun and flavorful twist on classic corn on the cob. They’re seasoned with a delicious blend of spices, cooked to perfection, and served with a tasty garlic butter. Perfect for BBQs or as a unique side dish!

			Corn Ribs
- 4 whole corn cobs
 - 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 2 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or ordinary)
 - 2 tsp cooking/kosher salt
 - 2 tsp black pepper
 
Garlic Butter
- 50g/ 3 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced
 
Instructions
- Corn cutting (Note 1 tips!): Cut corn into quarters.
 - Cooking: Heat BBQ or oven.
 - Garlic butter: Melt butter, add garlic.
 - Seasoning: Mix in a bowl.
 - Season corn: Toss with olive oil and seasoning.
 - BBQ: Cook corn until charred.
 - Oven: Bake corn.
 - Butter it: Toss corn with garlic butter.
 - Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!

 - Pictured creamy Sriracha Sauce – 2 tsp sriracha + 1/4 cup each mayo + yogurt (or just yogurt) + pinch of salt.
