Bacon Grease Mixture:
- 2 tablespoons bacon grease
- 2 tablespoons butter
Vegetables:
- 2 medium red potatoes, cut into a 1/2-inch dice
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 1 (14-ounce) can green beans, drained
Seasonings:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ranch seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, optional
Instructions
- Prepare Bacon Grease Mixture: Heat bacon grease and butter over medium-high heat in a large pan.
- Cook Vegetables: Add onion and cook 3 to 5 more minutes, until potatoes are soft.
- Season and Serve: Add Ranch seasoning, black pepper, green beans, bacon, and Tabasco sauce. Stir and let everything warm through. Remove from heat and serve.
Add potatoes and cook for 7 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
Notes
- You can opt to use 4 tablespoons of butter instead of a combination of bacon grease and butter.
