  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate Shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lime juice. Marinate for 30 minutes. Skewer shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Cook Noodles: Boil ramen noodles for 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a sauté pan, cook butter and garlic. Add hoisin, soy sauce, Gochujang, and heavy cream. Stir in parsley and Parmesan.
  4. Combine: Add shrimp and noodles to the sauce, ensuring everything is coated and heated through.
