Description

  • 2 teaspoons Diamond Crystal kosher salt (or 1 teaspoon of any other salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (or smoked paprika)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and place wire racks on top.
  2. Coat Wings: In a bowl, toss wings with melted butter. Arrange on baking sheets and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Bake: Bake for about 40 minutes until browned and crispy. For extra crispiness, lower oven temperature to 170°F and bake longer.
  4. Serve: Serve hot, paired with blue cheese or ranch dressing.

Notes

  • Instead of butter, you can spray wings with olive oil.
  • This recipe works for whole wings as well.
  • Adjust cooking time if your oven is hotter.
