Coating:
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp pizza seasoning

- 2–3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- 2–3 chopped green chillies

Instructions
- Prepare the Coating: In a bowl, combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, salt, and pizza seasoning with the boiled corn. Add water if needed to mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Fry the Corn: Heat oil for frying and deep fry the coated corn kernels until crispy. Set aside.
- Saute Vegetables: In another pan, heat oil and saute chopped garlic, onions, green chillies, and capsicum over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the fried corn and saute for a few more minutes, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Serve: Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
