  • 23 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 23 chopped green chillies

For Frying:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coating: In a bowl, combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, salt, and pizza seasoning with the boiled corn. Add water if needed to mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Fry the Corn: Heat oil for frying and deep fry the coated corn kernels until crispy. Set aside.
  3. Saute Vegetables: In another pan, heat oil and saute chopped garlic, onions, green chillies, and capsicum over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the fried corn and saute for a few more minutes, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  4. Serve: Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
