- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 8 tablespoons butter, divided
- 8 slices medium cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F with the baking rack in the middle position to ensure even cooking.
- Prepare the rolls and beef patties: Line a baking sheet with foil and place the rolls cut-side up. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal ¼-pound portions. Flatten each portion and press it onto a roll, shaping the patty to the edges for a perfect fit.
- Season the patties: Drizzle ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce over each patty and season them evenly with garlic salt, ground black pepper, and onion powder. Add a pat of butter on top of each patty.
- Bake the burgers: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the burgers for 25 minutes. This cooking time ensures the patties are fully cooked and juicy.
- Add the cheese and serve: Remove the burgers from the oven after 25 minutes and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Return them to the oven for 2 more minutes to melt the cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- If you prefer your baked hamburgers to be more well-done, leave them in the oven for a couple of additional minutes before adding the cheese.
