  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 65 g all-purpose flour
  • 20 g unsweetened natural or Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, extending the excess over the sides. Set aside.

  4. Bake: Pour batter into pan, bake for 20 minutes, remove and slam pan on surface, then bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until fudgy. Cool in pan.
