Description

This Dragon Fruit Smoothie recipe is a refreshing and vibrant drink packed with tropical flavors, perfect for a healthy start to your day or as a delicious snack.

  • 3/4 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes (100g)
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple cubes (95g)
  • 1 frozen ripe banana, quartered (70g)
  • Liquid & Flavorings

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) (175g)
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice (juice of 12 limes)

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the blender. Place all the ingredients, including the frozen dragon fruit, pineapple, banana, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and lime juice, into a blender.
  2. Blend the smoothie. Begin blending on low speed, gradually increasing the speed to high. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour and serve. Carefully pour the smoothie into a large glass. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.

  • If your blender is not a high-powered blender, you may need to add a little bit more milk to blend everything smoothly.
