- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple cubes (95g)
- 1 frozen ripe banana, quartered (70g)

- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) (175g)
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (juice of 1–2 limes)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to the blender. Place all the ingredients, including the frozen dragon fruit, pineapple, banana, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and lime juice, into a blender.
- Blend the smoothie. Begin blending on low speed, gradually increasing the speed to high. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Pour and serve. Carefully pour the smoothie into a large glass. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture.

- If your blender is not a high-powered blender, you may need to add a little bit more milk to blend everything smoothly.
