Dough:
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons instant or active dry yeast

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 to 2 1/4 cups all-purpose or bread flour

Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and place a baking stone on a rack in the lower third of the oven.
- Mix the dough: In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until foamy. Add salt and flour, mix until a shaggy ball forms.
- Knead the dough: Knead the dough in the bowl, then let it rise for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the pan: Grease a half sheet pan with nonstick spray or butter.
- Shape the dough: Stretch and press the dough into a rectangle on the sheet pan.
- Add toppings: Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic herb seasoning, then top with cheeses.
- Bake: Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Cut into strips and enjoy!

- Garlic Herb Seasoning: If you don’t have store bought seasoning, you can make your own blend with salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and thyme.
