Instructions

- Add meats and green onions: Stir the diced cooked breakfast meats and sliced green onions into the scrambled eggs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble pizzas: Use a spoon to evenly scoop the scrambled egg mixture onto each toasted muffin half. Top each with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake: Place the assembled muffins into the preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the muffins are toasted to your liking.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from oven, garnish with reserved green onion greens and a pinch of freshly cracked black pepper if desired. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
