Cheesecake Fruit Salad:
- 1 Package Instant Cheesecake Pudding, 3.4 oz *see note
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
- 2 Containers Strawberry Yogurt, 8 oz each
Fruits:
- 1 Banana, chopped
- 1 pint Raspberries
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1 Peach, chopped
- Graham Crackers, crushed (optional)
Instructions
- Mix: In a large bowl, combine the dry cheesecake pudding powder, cool whip, and strawberry yogurt.
- Fold: Gently fold in the chopped fruit, being careful not to smash it. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Serve: If desired, top with crushed graham crackers for added texture and flavor.
