Description

Indulge in a luxurious meal with this Garlic Butter Steak served over creamy Parmesan Alfredo pasta. This restaurant-style dish is perfect for a special dinner at home.


Ingredients

For the Steak:

  • 2 lbs steak filet, ribeye, sirloin, etc.
  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning, divided
  • 45 tablespoons avocado oil

For the Alfredo:

  • 1 lb. dry fettucini noodles
  • 6 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced and divided
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 cup parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Cut steak into pieces, rub with avocado oil and seasoning, then cook in a skillet.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, then toss cooked steak in the garlic butter.
  3. Cook the Alfredo: Prepare the fettucini noodles. In the same pan, make a cream sauce with butter, garlic, cream, half & half, and parmesan.
  4. Combine: Toss the cooked noodles in the alfredo sauce and top with the garlic-coated steak.

Notes

  • Don’t add salt to the alfredo sauce until the end after the parmesan is added.
