Description

This Garlic Parmesan Chicken recipe is a delicious dish featuring tender, golden chicken breasts smothered in a creamy, flavorful garlic parmesan sauce. Perfect for a special dinner or weeknight meal!


Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Chicken/Other:

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients in a large measuring cup and set aside.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Pound chicken to ½ inch thickness, season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Cook Chicken: Sear chicken in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
  4. Make Sauce: Deglaze pan with wine, add garlic, butter, and flour. Stir in sauce mixture and simmer.
  5. Finish Dish: Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, return chicken to pan, and heat through.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy with sides.
