Chicken:
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1/8 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill.
- Place chicken on grill.
- Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
- Coat chicken with sauce.
In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts, avocado oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Grill over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
