Steak Marinade:
- 2 Steak (6 oz each), cubed
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1.5 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder (optional)
Fried Rice:
- 4 cups Cold Cooked Rice
- 4 Eggs, separated yolks and whites
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 Green Onion, separate whites and greens
- 1.5 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: Cut steak into bite-size cubes and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
- Prepare the Rice: Mix egg yolk with cold cooked rice until evenly coated.
- Cook the Steak: Pan-fry marinated steak until browned on all sides. Set aside.
- Saute Aromatics: Saute white parts of green onion and garlic in the pan.
- Scramble Egg Whites: Push aromatics aside, add beaten egg whites, and scramble.
- Combine Ingredients: Add rice and soy sauce, saute, then add butter, green onion, and cooked steak.
- Final Saute: Saute everything together briefly.
