  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kofta Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Form the Koftas: Shape the mixture into small oval-shaped koftas, about the size of small meatballs but elongated.
