Instructions

  1. Prepare the tray: Line a 9×13 inch tray with parchment paper and set it aside for later use.
  2. Prep the sweets: Prepare your sweets, crushing some M&Ms and finger biscuits carefully if desired. Be cautious when crushing to avoid injury.
  3. Melt the white chocolate: Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler (a glass bowl over simmering water) or microwave in short bursts to avoid burning. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add food colouring: Let the melted white chocolate cool slightly, then mix in the orange food colouring to create a vibrant orange color.
  5. Spread the dark chocolate: Pour the dark chocolate into the lined tray and spread it evenly to form a base layer.
  6. Drizzle and swirl: Drizzle the orange-colored white chocolate over the dark chocolate. Using the end of a cake tester or a similar tool, swirl the two chocolates together to create a marbled effect.
