Marinade:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into 8 one-inch strips
- 8 skewers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes.
- Thread chicken strips onto skewers.
- Marinate chicken in the sauce for 2 hours, reserving some marinade for basting.
- Place chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 14 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Whisk together honey, soya sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic powder in a bowl until combined. Add cornstarch to achieve desired thickness.
Baste as needed and flip the skewers at the 7-minute mark.
