Ingredients

Units Scale

Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Flavorings and Add-ins

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 14ounce can artichokes, chopped
  • 6 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This step ensures your dip will bake evenly and achieve that bubbly, golden top.
  2. Mix the ingredients
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well-incorporated. Then, fold in the minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped artichokes, and thawed spinach.
  3. Assemble in baking dish
Take the prepared mixture and spread it evenly into a 1-quart baking dish. Make sure it’s leveled out so it bakes evenly.
  4. Bake the dip
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. The dip should be heated throughout and start bubbling around the edges. Once ready, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
  5. Serve and enjoy
Serve the dip warm with your choice of sliced baguette, crackers, or even veggie sticks for dipping. Enjoy this creamy and savory appetizer!

Notes

  • To ensure a smoother consistency, make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before mixing.
  • If you want a golden-brown top, broil the dip for 1-2 minutes after baking.
  • For a healthier option, swap regular sour cream and mayonnaise with light versions.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
