			Main Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 2-3 garlic cloves
 - 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 250 ml water
 - 1 packet of ramen noodles
 - 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
 - Squeeze of honey
 - 70 g grated mozzarella
 
Instructions
- Heat the Pan: Heat a pan over medium heat with sesame oil.
 - Sauté Garlic: Grate garlic, add to the pan, and fry gently.
 - Add Gochujang: Stir in gochujang and fry briefly.
 - Cook Noodles: Pour in water and noodles, cook until soft.
 - Season and Melt Cheese: Season with soy sauce, honey, and melt in the cheese.
 - Serve: Top with fried egg, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
