  • 23 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 packet of ramen noodles
  • 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • Squeeze of honey
  • 70 g grated mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Heat the Pan: Heat a pan over medium heat with sesame oil.
  2. Sauté Garlic: Grate garlic, add to the pan, and fry gently.
  3. Add Gochujang: Stir in gochujang and fry briefly.
  4. Cook Noodles: Pour in water and noodles, cook until soft.
  5. Season and Melt Cheese: Season with soy sauce, honey, and melt in the cheese.
  6. Serve: Top with fried egg, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
