Croissant:
- 4 large croissants
Cookie Dough:
- 2 cups refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (or homemade), room temperature
- 1/4 cup Nutella, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice croissants: Using a serrated knife, slice the croissants in half horizontally but not all the way through, creating a book-like shape. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Prepare cookie dough balls: Scoop out cookie dough, flatten into discs, add Nutella if desired, enclose filling, and place 2-3 balls on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
