Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325˚F. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Set this dry mixture aside for later.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat together the Nutella, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Alternate between adding the flour mixture and melted butter into the Nutella mixture. Blend until fully combined and smooth. Gently fold in the chopped mini eggs to add texture.
- Pour and bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a couple of crumbs attached.
- Cool and serve: Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for about an hour. Slice into squares and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
- Chop the mini eggs carefully to maintain their texture and color.
- Letting the brownies cool completely ensures the best slicing and texture.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days for freshness.
