Description

Mini Egg Nutella Brownies are rich, fudgy chocolate brownies packed with the delicious flavors of Nutella and crunchy mini eggs. Perfect for dessert or a sweet treat.

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup mini eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325˚F. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Set this dry mixture aside for later.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat together the Nutella, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Alternate between adding the flour mixture and melted butter into the Nutella mixture. Blend until fully combined and smooth. Gently fold in the chopped mini eggs to add texture.
  5. Pour and bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a couple of crumbs attached.
  6. Cool and serve: Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool in the pan for about an hour. Slice into squares and serve. Enjoy!
