Crust:

Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 7-9 inch springform pan using the back of a measuring cup to pack it down firmly. Freeze while preparing the filling.
- Cream the base mixture: In a bowl, cream together softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth using a hand-held mixer.
- Whip the heavy cream: In a standing mixer, whip the heavy cream until thick and fluffy. Add in vanilla and gently fold it into the cream cheese and sugar mixture to create a smooth filling.
- Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling onto the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Top with Nutella: Scoop Nutella onto the top of the cheesecake and use a spoon or spatula to gently swirl it around, covering the top.
