Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    Begin by placing the Rice Krispies Cereal in a large bowl and set it aside. Unwrap the Hershey Kisses and set those aside as well for easy access when needed.
  2. Cook the Syrup Mixture
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the light corn syrup and brown sugar. Stir continuously and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Incorporate the Peanut Butter
    Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and continue stirring. Slowly mix in the creamy peanut butter and remove the saucepan from heat. Stir well until the peanut butter is fully incorporated into the mixture.
  4. Combine with the Rice Krispies
    Pour the hot peanut butter mixture over the Rice Krispies Cereal in the large bowl. Carefully mix until the cereal is evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Form the Cookie Balls
    Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, form 1-tablespoon-sized balls from the mixture. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  6. Add the Hershey Kisses
    Gently press one Hershey Kiss into the center of each ball. Slightly press the Kiss down so the cookie forms around the chocolate for a perfect fit.
