  • 160ml Warm water (2/3 cup)
  • 10g Instant dry yeast (1.5 tbsp)
  • 10g Sugar (1 tbsp)
  • 8g Salt (0.8 tbsp)

Topping:

  • 20g Melted unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix Wet Ingredients: Combine warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast in a container. Mix well.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Incorporate flour and salt into the mixture. Knead the dough until smooth and non-sticky.
