- 1 c. chicken broth

- 1/4 c. buffalo wing sauce
- 1 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/4 c. bleu cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken and onion: In a deep skillet, saute the onions and chicken in 1 Tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Add liquids and pasta: Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and pasta. Bring the mixture to a boil and immediately reduce to low heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked to your preferred tenderness.
- Incorporate the buffalo sauce and cheese: Stir in the buffalo wing sauce and Parmesan cheese to combine everything. Sprinkle the bleu cheese crumbles on top.
