New York Strip Steaks:

Vegetable Oil:
1/2 Tbsp
Sea Salt:
1 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper:

Unsalted Butter:
2 Tbsp
Garlic Cloves:
2, peeled and quartered
Fresh Rosemary:

Instructions
- Prep the Steak: Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Steak: Heat oil in a cast iron pan, sear steaks on both sides.
- Add Flavor: Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan. Baste the steak with the butter sauce.
- Rest and Slice: Let the steak rest, then slice and serve with extra butter sauce.
