Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Heat oven to 350°F. Grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans or 4-5 miniature loaf pans.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, applesauce, peanut butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
