- 1 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips (or peanut butter chips)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Heat oven to 350°F. Grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans or 4-5 miniature loaf pans.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, applesauce, peanut butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Divide batter into pans, filling halfway. Top with additional chocolate chips. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in pans for 15-20 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
