- 2 pounds french fries, frozen (store-bought) or homemade
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce, homemade or store-bought
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a large baking sheet (9×13-inch) with parchment paper.
- Bake the fries: Place frozen fries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake until crispy and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- Add toppings: Remove from oven and layer marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni over the fries.
- Finish baking: Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
