  • 2 pounds french fries, frozen (store-bought) or homemade

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 16 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a large baking sheet (9×13-inch) with parchment paper.
  2. Bake the fries: Place frozen fries in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake until crispy and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  3. Add toppings: Remove from oven and layer marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni over the fries.
  4. Finish baking: Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
