Description

A deliciously creamy and refreshing Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew that combines cold brew coffee with pumpkin puree, warm spices, and a touch of maple syrup. Perfect for autumn mornings or anytime you crave the cozy flavors of fall in a chilled beverage.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup milk of choice (regular, half and half, cashew milk, oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning

Optional

  • Dash of cinnamon to top

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add cold brew coffee, your milk of choice, maple syrup, pure pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice seasoning into a blender. Skip the optional cinnamon for now.
  2. Blend Until Creamy: Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined to achieve a flavorful and rich consistency.
  3. Serve Over Ice: Pour the blended mixture evenly over two glasses filled with ice to keep the drink refreshingly cold.
  4. Add Cinnamon Topping: Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top of each glass for an extra touch of warmth and aroma before serving and enjoying.

Notes

  • You can also use an immersion blender instead of a full-size blender for convenience.
  • Brown sugar can substitute maple syrup; start with 1 tablespoon and adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • Using half and half will give the drink a richer, creamier flavor.
  • Ensure to use pure pumpkin puree, not canned pumpkin pie mix, as the latter contains added spices and sweeteners.
