- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Instructions
- Make the Apple Filling: Peel and slice apples. Cook all filling ingredients in a pan until tender. Thicken with cornstarch mixture. Set aside to cool.
- Make the Crust: Preheat oven, mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake. Set aside.
- Make the Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and spices. Pour half batter into crust, add apple filling, and remaining batter. Bake in a water bath.
- Make Crumble Topping: Combine dry ingredients, cut in butter, spread on a sheet pan, and bake.
- Make Salted Caramel Sauce: Prepare caramel according to instructions. Let cool.
- Make Apple Pie Topping: Cook apple topping ingredients in a pan, thicken, and set aside to cool.
- Serve + Store: Top the cheesecake with apple pie topping, crumble topping, and drizzle with caramel sauce. Slice and enjoy!
