Frosting
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp half and half

Instructions
- Arrange Brownies: Place the 12 brownies in a single layer on a tray or serving platter, ensuring they are spaced evenly for easy decorating.
- Make Frosting: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, powdered sugar, half and half, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients together for about 2 minutes or until the frosting is light, fluffy, and smooth.
- Prepare Piping Bag: Transfer the prepared frosting into a piping bag. If you don’t have a piping bag, use a Ziploc bag and cut a small corner to pipe the frosting.
- Pipe Frosting on Brownies: Swirl the frosting generously on top of each brownie, creating a fluffy white base resembling the trim of Santa hats.
- Add Strawberries: Place one fresh strawberry, cut side down, on top of the frosting on each brownie, positioning it to mimic the red part of a Santa hat.
- Finish Decoration: Pipe a small dot of frosting on the tip of each strawberry to resemble the white pom-pom of the Santa hat.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the decorated brownies until ready to serve to keep the frosting firm and fresh.
