Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it is hot and ready when the roll-ups are assembled.
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended for a smooth and seasoned egg mixture.
- Scramble Eggs: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then pour in the egg mixture. Cook gently, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set but still moist. Remove from heat.
- Prepare Crescent Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.
- Assemble Roll-ups: Place a spoonful of the scrambled eggs onto the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs, then place one cooked sausage link on top.
- Roll Up: Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly around the sausage, enclosing the filling completely.
- Bake: Arrange the roll-ups on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then serve warm for a delicious breakfast treat.
