Secret Sauce

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 12 ounces 85/15 ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices rye bread
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Secret Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well. Set aside.
