For the Serbian Rice Meat:
- 160 g Basmati rice
- 250 g strained tomatoes
- 100 g peas
- 2 peppers
- 450 ml vegetable stock
- 350 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or hot paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
Instructions
- Preparation: Peel the onion and garlic, dice finely. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Cut chicken breast fillets into 1cm pieces.
- Cooking Mode: Prevents your screen from going dark.
- Cooking: Heat olive oil in a high pan/pot. Fry the onion cubes, then add peppers and chicken, fry for 2 minutes. Add spices and garlic, fry briefly. Add rice, peas, tomatoes, and vegetable stock. Cover and simmer for about 14 minutes until rice is cooked. Season to taste.
