Spicy Chicken Patties:

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2–3 Tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce or any hot sauce
Chipotle Aioli:
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon, squeezed
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp chipotle powder
- 1–2 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce or any hot sauce of choice
Optional Toppings:
- sesame seed buns
- fresh sliced tomatoes
- spicy pickles
- red onion slices
- lettuce
Instructions
- Prepare the Spicy Chicken Patties: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, hot sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and seasonings. Form into patties.
- Cook the Patties: Air fry at 370º for 12-14 minutes or grill on medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Make the Chipotle Aioli: Mix mayo, lemon juice, chili powder, chipotle powder, and hot sauce.
- Assemble the Burgers: Toast buns, place patties on buns, add toppings, and drizzle with chipotle aioli.
