  • 23 Tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce or any hot sauce

Chipotle Aioli:

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon, squeezed
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp chipotle powder
  • 12 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce or any hot sauce of choice

Optional Toppings:

  • sesame seed buns
  • fresh sliced tomatoes
  • spicy pickles
  • red onion slices
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Spicy Chicken Patties: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, hot sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and seasonings. Form into patties.
  2. Cook the Patties: Air fry at 370º for 12-14 minutes or grill on medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Make the Chipotle Aioli: Mix mayo, lemon juice, chili powder, chipotle powder, and hot sauce.
  4. Assemble the Burgers: Toast buns, place patties on buns, add toppings, and drizzle with chipotle aioli.
